Kenneth W. Phelps, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Clinical Neuropsychiatry and Pediatrics at the Palmetto Health – University of South Carolina Medical Group in Columbia, SC. Dr. Phelps also serves as one of the national faculty for the Tourette Association of America’s Behavioral Therapy Institute. Dr. Phelps has specific interest in expertise in treating children and families living with Tourette Syndrome, OCD, and other co-occurring conditions.
